Terms and Conditions

At Lovely Life Company, we offer a Lovely Life Box Subscription (“Subscription”) and Community Membership (“Membership”). Please review these Lovely Life Company Terms carefully and make sure you understand them before enrolling in either because they contain important and relevant information regarding any Subscription or Membership you may join for free or purchase, including renewal and cancellation terms. Subscriptions and Memberships are continuous and automatically renew unless you cancel or we otherwise terminate your account.

By purchasing a Subscription and/or joining a Community Membership, you agree to the terms below,

1. Lovely Life Box Subscription
A Lovely Life Box Subscription consists of a Box sent out the last month of each quarter thereafter.

If you sign up for a Box Subscription, you will be immediately billed $55.00 USD (plus shipping and taxes if applicable) as a non-refundable purchase and that quarter’s Box will be the first Box you receive. Your Subscription will then continue according to our schedule and your credit or debit card will be charged $55.00 USD (plus shipping and taxes, if applicable) up to six weeks in advance of the subsequent quarterly Box shipment date, and every quarter thereafter.

The Lovely Life Company Box Subscription is for an ongoing service that is billed each quarter ($55.00 USD, plus shipping and taxes if applicable) and will be automatically charged to your payment method on file. Unless you cancel in accordance with these Subscription Terms you will continue to be charged as described above.

2. Community Membership 
If you choose to join the community online forum (an “Community Annual Access Subscription”), your Membership will provide you with access to many of the features and benefits of the Lovely Life Company platform, such as the Lovely Life Company Community, streaming video content, Members-Only events, special offers and discounts, and more.

The Community Membership does not include the Lovely Life Box, although Community Members can choose to purchase a Box if they wish to do so.
 

Community Membership is active indefinitely, unless you cancel your Membership in accordance with these Terms since this is a free Membership cancellation will go into effect immediately.

At the discretion of Lovely Life your community membership may be cancelled for posting content or posting comments which contains content such as but not limited to: Hate Speech, Racism, Discrimination, Bullying, Sexually Explicit Content, or other content reported by community members deemed offensive. 

3. Cancellation Policy 
You may cancel your Subscription or Community Membership with us at any time, subject to the time frames below. We do not place “holds” on Subscriptions.

In order to cancel your Subscription, you must email us at goodbye@LovelyLife.Company, indicate that you wish to cancel your Subscription included the ship to address for the subscription, and follow the instructions that we send you in response. The email which submits the cancellation must be the email on file for the subscription. There are no cancellation fees.

Cancellations must be effected prior to the billing date of the Subscription renewal. For Box Subscriptions, this means that you must cancel before the billing date for the next quarterly box. For Cancelling your Subscription does not provide you a refund for Subscription payments already processed, nor does it stop a pending charge. Your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle.

4. Multiple Box Subscriptions
Members may choose to have multiple subscriptions and have their orders shipped to a different address than their own (within the regions that Lovely Life Company currently ships to). Each additional subscriptions must be purchased with separate transactions. Each box has its own subscription plan and each must be cancelled individually. This will typically only apply if you are purchasing a Box as a gift for another person.

5. Taxes and Shipping and Handling
Stated prices for Subscription and other products do not include any customs, duties, sales, use, value-added, excise, federal, state, local or other taxes. You are solely responsible for the payment of such taxes related to your purchase. We have the right to charge you for any taxes that we believe we are required to pay or collect related to your purchase. Please also note that shipping and handling fees currently apply to all shipments within the contiguous United States.

6. Data Transfers
As stated in our Privacy Policy, we may transfer your billing information to our third-party payment processors, other service providers, and certain trusted third parties.
