About Lovely Life

I’m Sarah, and I live on the Central Coast of California where I homeschool my two teenagers, drink copious amounts of hot tea and enjoy naps with my cat. I have been married for almost 20 years to my high school sweetheart, Michael. In 2008 I serendipitously started an inclusive homeschool support group in my area and quickly realized that I enjoy fortifying women immensely. I saw firsthand that authentic connections were a lifeline for the women in my circle and made it my goal to cultivate a community where those connections could be made.

 

I am passionate about unburdening women from ridiculous rules, requirements, and expectations inside and outside of the home. It makes me happy to see moms freed from the soul-crushing comparison game that so many play. It is my aim to grant permission to women everywhere to embrace who they are and to do what works best for them and their family.

It is my hope that our authentic community and quarterly boxes of encouragement will infuse joy and spark contagious curiosity in women everywhere!
